Target is giving its workers a raise.  The retail chain announced today it's raising its hourly minimum wage to $11.00 an hour starting next month.  The company also said it wants to have that boosted to $15.00 an hour by 2020.  The wage increase will apply to the 100,000 season workers Target plans to hire this holiday season.

The federal minimum wage is $7.25 an hour.
