A slight delay in a live stream is inevitable. You've all experienced it and it can make for an awkward experience and on Facebook live, the delay can be up to 10 seconds. Irish band The Academic used this to their advantage and created a truly unique video.

The band used the delay from the Facebook Livestream to loop each section of their song "Bear Claws" and managed to align it perfectly with the stream that is then projected behind them. Trust us, it's incredibly cool and easier to watch than to explain.

The Academic broke down how they pulled off such a cool stunt, saying, "We rearranged each instrument on “Bear Claws” to fit Facebook Live’s delay, with each loop getting more complex, adding instruments, rhythms, and melodies. Additionally, by projecting the video live from a soundstage we created an infinite tunnel consisting of all the previously recorded loops."
