Jennifer Garner Shares Intense Workout: Back to 'Action Lady’

Jennifer Garner shared an impressive Instagram video of her workout routine. The mom of three dubbed the video her “recipe for turning a mom back into action lady.”

According to Jen, the recipe consists of an intense one-hour workout with Body By Simone’s Simone, 90 minutes of “stunt team,” 50 cups of coffee and three minutes of cryotherapy every day. Yes, EVERY. DAY. 

“Good luck everybody!” she added in the caption.

Jen is seemingly gearing up for a role. The actress is starring next in action film Peppermint.
