Over the weekend, Nelly was arrested after a woman claimed that he raped her on his tour bus. Since then, the rapper has responded to the allegations and said that he's 100% innocent.

This incident happened early Saturday (Oct. 7) morning. According to the accuser: "Nelly told her to 'shut up' and said he wanted to have sex with her without protection, which she says he did over her objections," TMZ reports. "The woman says, afterward, Nelly offered her money, but she declined, and then a woman came up and said, 'You gotta go.' She kicked her off the bus and threw $100 at her."

After his release from jail, Nelly affirmed that he didn't commit this horrible act. "Let me say that I am beyond shocked that I have been targeted with this false allegation," the rapper tweeted. "I am completely innocent. I am confident that once the facts are looked at , it will be very clear that I am the victim of a false allegation."

One of Nelly's very close friends T.I. has reacted to this story, as well. In an IG video, Tip said: “I’m just sitting here thinking. After Mike Tyson… after muthaf**kin’ Tupac… after all the other muthaf**kas who done been with girls and the girls got mad for whatever reason and left off and said that they raped them or whatnot… What the f**k ever happened when a muthaf**ka find out that the b**ch was lying, my n**ga? What consequences is there for this young lady?"

He continued: “If more than 12 find her guilty, we got to answer to that. But, if we find out that this wasn’t true, what the f**k happen to her? I’m sick of this s**t, know what I mean? I’m just saying—We ain’t no muthaf**kin’ targets. Get your s**t together.”
