David Lee Roth's Isolated Vocals Are Equal Parts Beautiful and Insane

Today marks Van Halen vocalist, high kicker, and all around legend David Lee Roth's 63rd birthday. One night while lost deep in the vast black hole known as YouTube, I found a recording of Diamond Dave's isolated vocals on their 1978 masterpiece, "Runnin' With The Devil." Roth's vocals sound the epitome of early 80's excess - it's loud, it's big, and is the audio equivalent of a giant plate of cocaine.
