5th Circuit Rules For NFL In Elliott Suspension Case

The U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals is vacating a ruling on Ezekiel Elliott's NFL suspension.  The Dallas Cowboys running back was suspended in August by Commissioner Roger Goodell, who said Elliott hit an ex-girlfriend multiple times last year.  Prosecutors in Ohio did not file charges against Elliott, citing conflicting witness testimony.
