A medical student from the UK will be forced to register as a sex offender for the next five years after he went too far during consensual sex with a woman he met on Tinder. Philip Queree was taken to court after the woman claimed he used excessive force during intercourse. According to the Telegraph, Queree was accused of pulling her hair and grabbing her breasts, despite being told she did not want him touch her breasts.

The magistrate in the trial ruled that even though the sex was consensual, Queree knew the limitations set by the woman and violated them anyway:

Queree knew this but continued to do so forcefully, causing the complainant considerable pain. This was an assault. Queree touched a sexual and intimate part of her body in a sexual manner without her consent.

The woman claims he grabbed her so hard he left bruises and that it hurt so much she started crying.

The magistrate said that his actions constituted "a serious sexual assault" and the she put him on the sex offenders list because she was "concerned that you pose a risk of sexual harm to others."
