IRS Won't Accept Tax Returns Without Healthcare Disclosure

The IRS says it will not accept tax returns that don't follow an Obamacare mandate to disclose if you have health insurance.  Under the Affordable Care Act everyone is required to have health insurance, with some exceptions.  

Uninsured taxpayers will have to pay a penalty of $695  or 2.5% of their household income, whichever is  higher.
