(Toledo, OH) Toledo City Council today is expected to review a  $3 million parks, pools and paving plan.

Toledo city council member Lindsay Webb put together the omnibus spending plan, after the mayor set aside three million dollars in the city's general fund to get a better bond rating. City council moved that money back to the capital improvement fund a few weeks ago.

$1 million would go toward improvements at Friendship and Wilson Parks. $450,000 each would be earmarked toward fixing Navarre and Willys pools, and $900,000 would be set aside for half-a-dozen roadway projects.

The proposed ordinance could gain easy support, since those projects are split among the city's six city council districts.
