This Is Why You Should Try To Stay Inside During Storms

It can be fun to go outside during a storm to splash in puddles or feel the rain, but one 12-year-old in Argentina learned that it can also be pretty dangerous. 

As the pre-teen frolicked in the rain with an umbrella, lightning struck the tree directly behind him. Thankfully, he wasn't harmed, but it could've been way worse. 

His mom uploaded the clip as a warning to other parents to make sure kids are careful during storms.
