The Ironton, Ohio police chief says the town is receiving so many complaints about menacing clowns it's stretching resources thin. Officers are getting clown sighting calls all over town with scary clowns just walking down the street. One teenager was arrested, dressed like a clown, and threatening children while waving a club. Ironton Police Chief Pam Wagner calls it "crazy" and a major problem.
With only a staff of 15, Wagner says the clown calls are taking away from other important police calls.
