Police Want To Question Second Person Of Interest In Terror Attack

UPDATE: Police have said they are no longer looking to question Mukhammadzoir Kadirov

The FBI and NYPD are looking to question a second person of interest in yesterday's terror attack in New York City. The FBI released a wanted poster for Mukhammadzoir Kadirov, but haven't named him as a suspect in the truck ramming attack that left eight people dead.  

Like suspect Sayfullo Saipov, this man an Uzbek national.
