'Bones' Co-Stars Get Silly When David Boreanaz Takes Over The Interview

Bones was one of the most popular crime dramas on television, but it was its quirkiness that set it apart from all the rest.

The show followed Dr. Temperance Brennan and Special Agent Seeley Booth as they tried to solve crimes where the body was unrecognizable, other than the Bones. Brennan is logical to a fault and always falls back on her anthropology background to sort things out, while Booth uses his street smarts and military training to do the same. From the first episode, fans fell in love with the chemistry between the partners.

Though the pair didn't get together until about halfway through the series, the Booth-Brennan romance was always center stage.

Part of the show's appeal was that you could tell just how much the actors loved being together. In fact, another actress was already set to play Temperance Brennan, but when creator Hart Hanson saw how Emily Deschanel interacted with David Boreanaz (Booth), he immediately changed his mind.

Their chemistry carries off-screen as well, as Deschanel and Boreanaz had 12 seasons to form a close friendship. They were on press tours together all the time, and it's not hard to imagine those can get a little boring.

That's why this interview for Hit Fix is so endearing!
