Greg Brady Admits He Once Kissed On-Screen Mom Florence Henderson On A Date

Have you ever wondered if the cast of The Brady Bunch got along offscreen?

Sometimes I don’t let myself wonder those kinds of things — if the answer is no, it might ruin the magic of the show. But luckily, in the case of The Brady Bunch, the answer is most definitely yes.

In an interview with Oprah Winfrey, Barry Williams, who you might know better as Greg Brady, opened up about his experience with the rest of The Brady Bunch cast behind the scenes.

He says all the actors got along wonderfully — in fact, he says there were definitely some offscreen romances that they were keeping under wraps as well.

Barry readily admitted that he and Maureen McCormick, who played Marcia Brady, were more than just friends. In fact, he said that he was her first kiss.

Barry said the two had their kiss in Hawaii, while they were filming a special episode of The Brady Bunch. There was a full moon one night, so the two teens “snuck away” to take a walk along the sand. The adventure ended in Maureen’s very first kiss.

But Barry didn’t just get romantic with Maureen — he took his on screen mom, Florence Henderson, out for a date as well.
