A street artist in Glendale is trying to help stressed out commutters with his series of 'positive' road signs. Scott Foschauer is posting a series of road signs in Glendale that carry upbeat messages for people around the community.

The 20-message "Word on the Street" art project is being backed by the Glendale Library, Arts and Culture Department. Messages include "breathe," "Do Your Best," and "Relax."

Froschauer said he was inspired to create the art project because he feels normal street signs are "traditionally negative," and mundane. He says his signs are positive and help remind people to be the very best versions of themselves.

If you'd like to see them in person, you can track down all 20 on a map on Froschauer's website here.
