( Cincinnati ) - Saturday kicks off the 35th annual PNC Festival of Lights at the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden.

Voted the #1 zoo lights display in the country, according to USA Today, the holiday-themed light show features three million LED lights.

New this year are the larger-than-life animal Chinese lanterns (pictured above) that are on display during the day, but light up at night. There's also a new 15 x 17 foot digital light wall that plays clips from classic holiday movies. And, coming off the success of BLINK! Cincinnati, a giant Lite Brite on loan from ArtsWave.

Plus, as always, Santa Claus is there every day for visits and pictures.

The PNC Festival of Lights is open Sunday through Thursday from 5 to 9pm and Friday and Saturday from 5 to 10pm. Santa is available starting daily at 4pm.
