Justin Timberlake Takes Pharrell, N.E.R.D on for Viral #LemonDanceChallenge

Justin Timberlake was summoned by Pharrell to attempt the #LemonDanceChallenge. In the Instagram video — which has garnered millions of views — Justin battles Pharrell’s muse Mette Towley, who stars in the “Lemon” music video. 

“When life gives you 🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋 move/shake/groove with the people that lit your fire! JUSTIFIED... SEEING SOUNDS... IN SEARCH OF... all reasons to chose to dance. Forever INSPIRED AND GRATEFUL @justintimberlake @pharrell @nerd @badgalriri @jaquelknight #nooneeverreallydies,” Mette captioned the video on her account.

Pharrell shared the same video with the caption: “#LEMONDANCECHALLENGE 🍋 @justintimberlake @mettenarrative.”

“Lemon” marks N.E.R.D's comeback single and features Rihanna. In the now viral video, Rihanna shaves Mette's head. 

"It was a once in a lifetime experience,” Mette, a member of Pharrell's dance squad since 2014, later told Vogue. "There weren't multiple takes. I only had one head to shave."
