Mall Shooting Suspect In Custody

(Middletown, NY) -- The suspect in that mall shooting in Orange County is apparently in custody.
News 4 NY is reporting that he turned himself in after police released surveillance video yesterday showing clear images of the man with a woman and two children. Police say his gun went off at the Galleria at Crystal Run in Middletown injuring a 12-year-old boy and his mom. At this point, it's unclear whether the shooting was an accident or intentional.
