Lady Antebellum Unveils Fan-Built 'Army' Music Video
December 5, 2017
Lady Antebellum recruited footage of their fans and their real-life army of supporters to include in the official "Army" music video for National Geographic's The Long Road Home mini-series and the visual has arrived.
Just as they promised, the four-minute clip includes several photos of Lady A supporters intercut with performance footage of the country trio performing the empowering mid-tempo track, which appears on their newest LP, Heart Break. Take a look at the music video for "Army" below!
Back in October, Lady A announced that they were looking for followers to submit a photo or video on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram showcasing the real-life heroes in their lives using the hashtag #MyArmyContest and tagging @NatGeoChannel. The Long Road Home follows Martha Raddatz's best-selling book, recalling the events on April 4, 2004, when a platoon was ambushed in Sadr City, Baghdad. It was an attack that became known as Black Sunday.
We asked you to share photos of your army to include in @LadyAntebellum's official "Army" music video for #LongRoadHome. Without further adieu, here's the music video, with YOUR photos included! https://t.co/eaZL92einc pic.twitter.com/oxRhKuMywO
