Checked Luggage Fees for International Flights Increasing at Delta

Delta Airlines is planning to start charging for checked luggage on discount flights to Europe.  

Basic Economy passengers will be charged $60 for the first bag and $100 for a second bag when flying to Europe or North Africa.  

There is no change in policy for Delta's more expensive international flight tickets or for flights to other regions.
