Zakk Wylde Pays Tribute to 'Saint' Dimebag Darrell on Anniversary of Death

For years there have been rumors of a Pantera reunion, featuring the surviving members of the band, drummer Vinnie Paul Abbott, bassist Rex Brown and frontman Phil Anselmo.

As far as who would play guitar for such a reunion, there's really only been one name taken seriously, Ozzy Osbourne guitarist and Black Label Society frontman Zakk Wylde.

Wylde was a close friend of late-Pantera guitarist "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott, and is also a legendary guitar player in his own right. Wylde paid tribute to Abbott Friday on the 13-year anniversary of the Abbott's murder with a note-perfect rendition of the iconic guitar solo from Pantera's "Walk," which Wylde played on a guitar Abbott gave him.
