Carrie Underwood is getting back to normal life.
For the first time since the country megastar injured her wrist in a fall last month, she was spotted out and about at the gym by reality TV star Adrienne Gang.
“Just worked out next to @carrieunderwood,” the Below Deck star captioned a photo with Carrie. “NBD ... she is adorable and so gracious... LOVE HER!”

In the snapshot, the “Heartbeat” singer wore a winter jacket, scarf and brace on her injured wrist.
She underwent surgery after the November 10th accident at her home, tweeting to fans afterwards she’s “so thankful for the doctors, nurses, family & friends who’ve been taking such great care of me.”
I just wanted let everyone know that I’m doing great. Had surgery on my wrist yesterday & all went well...even though I’ll be setting off airport metal detectors from now on...I’m so thankful for the doctors, nurses, family & friends who’ve been taking such great care of me.

Otherwise, Carrie has remained relatively out of the spotlight in 2017.
She announced a move to Universal Music Group from Sony Music Nashville earlier this year with the intention of expanding her career globally.
