Canada Website Says Santa Claus Moving To South Pole

A Canadian government website says Santa is moving to the South Pole.  The website for Policy Horizons Canada blames it on climate change.  The site says rapidly melting Arctic ice and growing human operations in the North have forced Santa to sign an agreement with the international community to move his village to the South Pole next year.  

According to the conservative news and opinion website The Daily Caller, the Policy Horizons announcement on Santa's move is one of a series of Christmas-themed blog posts tied to emerging liberal policy concerns.
