‘This Is All Legal?’: CNN Reporter Joined a Colorado Weed Celebration for New Year’s Eve

New Year’s Eve celebrations usually involve confetti and fireworks. CNN’s report for this year’s celebrations added marijuana to the mix.
CNN reporter Randi Kaye covered a New Year’s Eve party aboard a “cannibus” in Colorado, even lighting a gas mask bong for one partygoer. Recreational use of marijuana is legal in Colorado.

Pat and Jeffy couldn’t believe that CNN decided replacing Kathy Griffin with a celebration of marijuana use was a good idea.
“It was very helpful, especially if your kids are watching and they’re not familiar with how to actually take a bong hit,” Pat said sarcastically. “Thank you, CNN.”
