Amy Winehouse's Father Claims He Sees His Daughter's Ghost

It's been six years since singer Amy Winehouse passed away, but her legacy continues to live on. The "Rehab" singer was only 27 when she died from alcohol poisoning, and her demise took a huge toll on her fans and family, especially her father, Mitch.

The pair did not have the best relationship when Amy was still alive, according to a posthumous documentary Amy. Mitch was allegedly exploitative of his daughter's fame, but a source close to the family said that "he loved her, but in his own way."

Mitch, a former cab driver, denied all claims of money-grubbing, and has been actively working to honor Amy's memory. He wrote a book about his relationship with his late daughter and has been advocate against drug and alcohol abuse.

He even started a charity, the Amy Winehouse Foundation, which "works to prevent the effects of drug and alcohol misuse on young people" as well as "to support, inform and inspire vulnerable and disadvantaged young people to help them reach their full potential."

Mitch has also been very vocal about how he and his family have been handling Amy's death, and recently told People that she is always on their mind.

"We think about her every day," Mitch admitted. "In fact, we think about her every minute of the day."

Now, a few months after the interview, Mitch is once again opening up about his late daughter, claiming that he has seen her more than once since she died.
