A police department in Seymour, Indiana issued an 'arrest warrant' for Disney's Queen Elsa during a cold snap. 

Frigid temperatures prompted Seymour police to issue the 'warrant' and search for Elsa who is wanted for "Maintaining a Common Nuisance." Seymour police say anyone with any information should call them directly, and not approach the suspect.

Police officials say tips about the suspect's location poured in, and through those, detectives were able to locate Elsa and talk to her about the recent cold conditions.

During the course of their investigation, detectives say they uncovered a plot by Prince Hans who was manipulating Elsa in an attempt to overthrow Arendelle. Hans was placed under arrest according to Seymour police. 

Through this extensive investigation we have discovered Prince Hans to actually be the person responsible for recent events.

With YOUR help, Officers with the Seymour Police Department executed a warrant today placing Prince Hans under arrest! Hans faces preliminary charges of Criminal Confinement, False Informing, as well as the unlawful manipulation of Elsa in an attempt to overthrow Arendelle.

The posts, while cute in their nature, served to remind residents that the cold was not to be taken lightly. The post reminded people to stay warm during the extreme conditions by bundling up, to check on their outdoor animals and to drive carefully in icy conditions. 

Seymour police say they're working with Queen Elsa to return temperatures to manageable conditions.
