Puddle Of Mudd frontman Wes Scantlin is working to get his life together after years of arrests and canceled shows due to substance abuse. In a message posted to the band's official Facebook page, Scantlin is said to be doing "very well" and has been in rehab since Christmas.
"Happy Holidays to all our fans!!! We hope you have a great Holiday and Happy New Year 2018. First show of the year is at the Whisky A Go-Go on January 26th. We are looking forward to rockin for you all and we will be touring all year," the statement says.

Scantlin had a troublesome past year and was arrested on September 9th for attempting to board a plane at Los Angeles International Airport with a BB Gun. He has since been banned from LAX unless he is traveling for work.
In January 2016, he was arrested due to suspicion of breaking into his former house and vandalizing property. He was previously arrested in December 2015 for possession of a controlled substance and was arrested for numerous charges of driving under the influence.
Along with an arrest after joyriding a luggage carousel in a Denver airport in 2015, Scantlin ended numerous Puddle Of Mudd concerts due to erratic behavior, onstage meltdowns, and once accused a fan of stealing his house midperformance.
Puddle Of Mudd will resume touring after Scantlin's stint in rehab and was forced to cancel some shows. They will perform at the Whisky A Go Go in Los Angeles on January 26.
