North Quincy HS Closed Due To Gas Leak

QUINCY, MA (WBZ-AM/24/7 News Source) -- Students have been dismissed for the day from North Quincy High School after a gas leak. 

Officials say the building was evacuated around 7:45 Thursday when a noxious odor was detected. 

Administrators decided to cancel classes about 45 minutes later dismissing staff and students and moving Special Education students to the Atlantic Middle School.

Crews are at the scene, and officials expect classes to resume Friday.
