Did Congressman Tell Puerto Ricans in FL to lie?

ORLANDO (970 WFLA) -- A Central Florida congressman is under fire for his alleged advice to Puerto Rican Hurricane Maria evacuees.
In a video posted online, Democrat Darren Soto is apparently heard suggesting that evacuees say they are staying in Florida, whether they plan to or not, so they can get medical benefits.
