President Trump received a clean bill of health from his doctor following his annual physical. White House physician Ronny Jackson performed a full physical on the Trump on Friday, and at the president's request conducted a cognitive exam as well.

Dr. Jackson said the entire exam lasted about four hours, and that the president's "overall health is excellent." He has a normal blood pressure of 122/74, and resting heart rate of 68 beats per minute.

According to Axios, Trump aced the "The Montreal Cognitive Assessment," earning a perfect score of 30/30. Dr. Jackson added that he has "no concerns about his cognitive ability."

His only concern was the president's weight. Trump is 6'3" tall and weighs 239 pounds, making him slightly overweight, according to CNN. He advised that Trump reduce the amount of fats and carbohydrates he eats and exercise more often. He said he wants Trump to lose between 10 and 15 pounds.

Trump has been known to eat fast food on a regular basis and does not exercise often. When asked how Trump manages to eat unhealthy foods, with little exercise, but still be in good health, Dr. Jackson credited the president's genetics:

He has incredibly good genes. It's just the way God made him.
