Federal Prosecutors Will Attempt To Re-Try Senator Bob Menendez

Senator Bob Menendez may be headed back to court.  

Federal prosecutors are seeking to re-try the New Jersey Democrat on charges of bribery and corruption, after a jury deadlocked on a verdict last fall.  

Prosecutors filed a notice of intent to retry the senator at the U.S. District Court in New Jersey today, seeking a retrial "at the earliest date possible."

Menendez is up for re-election this fall.
