Nick Jonas Posts Sexy Shirtless Selfie to Make Your Day

Happy Friday! Nick Jonas has graced us all with a sexy shirtless selfie on Instagram. The “Jealous” crooner took to social media Thursday night to give us an update on his abs. 

“My yankees hat looks very cool in the background in black and white,” he jokingly captioned a black-and-white mirror selfie showing off his toned bod and baseball cap hanging in the background. 

During an interview with GQ, Nick previously opened up about his diet and fitness routine. 

"I don't have the luxury of eating whatever I want whenever I want anyway, because of my type 1 diabetes, so I have been conscientious about food for a long time. I do have guilty pleasures, though,” he shared, adding that diet and working out are key to his ripped bod. 

“I exercise only three or four times a week. I've been working on stretching and lengthening my muscles with hot yoga … and I'm trying to incorporate more cardio,” he added at the time. “But I hate going to the gym. I think everybody hates cardio to some degree. I'm not the kind of person who wakes up in the morning and can't wait to work out. I kind of dread it, actually. I see it as a necessary evil."
