We've all seen the darn gas light turn on at the WORST times.
Plus, we've all panicked and try to drive to the nearest gas station! Well panic no more because there's a chart that will show you exactly how far you can go!
Your Mechanic, which is a a car repair company, shared the chart detailing the number of gallons your tank has when the gas light turns on.
However, the chart only includes the 50 best-selling cars in the US in 2015 so if you're car is NOT on the chart, consult your nearest mechanic.
From the chart above, Your Mechanic emphasizes they're all just "rough approximations" so please drive carefully even if your light comes on.
