Congratulations to the KFI News Team For Winning 11 Golden Mikes

Congratulations to the KFI News team for an impressive haul out at the Golden Mike awards! The Golden Mikes are Southern California's most prestigious broadcast journalism prize given every year by the Radio & Television News Association of Southern California. 

Kris Ankarlo set a record for most awards for an individual reporter with 8 wins! Our editor, Karla Marquez took home a Golden Mike for 'Best News Writing.' Michael Crozier anchored that broadcast. 

Debra Mark took home a Golden Mike for 'Best Newscast Under 15 Minutes' for her 5 p.m. newscast.
