Corgi Caught Riding One Eyed Pony

As a woman was driving back to her home she witnessed a neighbor's dog riding her one-eyed pony. It was perched atop of the equine like a circus poodle without a trainer. Maybe the pony didn't see him coming but this dog appears to have done this on its own accord.
