Sushi Comes Alive On Plate In Stomach-Churning Video

No one eating sushi would be surprised to learn that the fish is raw, but there is a difference between raw and alive, which is why a restaurant-goer in Japan was taken aback when the clam sushi he ordered started moving on his plate.

Apparently clams' movement is caused by their nerves, which are supposed to be removed by a sushi chef, but this one's weren't.

The man eating it didn't seem to mind and wound up calling the food "extremely delicious."
