Say what you will about the Kardashian-Jenner clan, when they speak, people listen. It's a lesson Snapchat just learned all too well.
This week, Kylie tweeted how she never opens the app anymore and asked if she's the only one no longer using it, calling it "so sad."
sooo does anyone else not open Snapchat anymore? Or is it just me... ugh this is so sad.

The tweet got over 300,000 likes from Jenner's 25 million followers and, probably not by coincidence, Snap's stock tanked, dropping more than 7% - an estimated value of $1.3 billion.
It's a rough time for Snapchat, which recently pushed an update that many users aren't thrilled with.
Other celebs like Chrissy Teigen have weighed in on the new design, but no one has caused as much volatility in the stock as Kylie.
I’m seeing this same comment so often. I liked that you guys felt like we were friends. I’m sad it doesn’t feel like that anymore. How many people have to hate an update for it to be reconsidered? https://t.co/PI7OAf9Qlg

In response to the outrage, Snapchat has promised updates that will improve the app saying, "We hear you, and appreciate that you took the time to let us know how you feel. We completely understand the new Snapchat has felt uncomfortable for many."
