Being Immature Is A Key To Living A Long, Healthy Life

February 28, 2018

According to a new study, forgetting that you're an adult every so often is a key to living a long, healthy life.

Researchers found that guys don't fully "mature" until the age of 29. And, for many, it's all downhill from there.

But, those who perceive themselves to be younger than they actually are end up being more optimistic, which helps them make better health choices, such as exercising and eating right.

The scientists found that doing simple things like watching kids' movies, driving with the music turned up loud and daydreaming all boost feelings of nostalgia -- and help inspire healthy living. (SWNS Digital)
