Lady Gaga's Little Monsters Hit Back After Donald Glover Slams The Singer

Donald Glover has achieved so much in his career, but it seems like the multi-talent could use a little lesson in humility after he claimed to be more talented than Lady Gaga in his recent cover story with The New Yorker.

In the feature, which was released on Wednesday (February 28), the Atlanta creator's conversation turned to talk about race and how he's been impacted by the business. Unfortunately, that kind of talk also saw him make a dig at the pop titan and Little Monsters weren't too happy with his comments. "I went to school with white people who had less talent than me — because I'm talented as f**k—and they're doing way better than me. I went to N.Y.U. with Lady Gaga," he told the magazine, which also prompted a burst of laughter and applause from some folks in the room.

It seems like Donald's mention of Gaga might have been after a Grammy Awards promo didn't leave him with the proper shine. "Now, CBS ran Grammys ads this week, and I'm one of the hotter acts, and they had a visual of the performers on the show: Lady Gaga, P!NK, and me. Only they showed some black kid from a fan video—it’s not even me. I was, like, F**k this, f**k them, I'm not going to do the show!" he continued. "The sad thing is I'm going to do it because black people don't get that chance very often."

Unsurprisingly, Little Monsters hit back at Gover, with plenty of them arguing that you don't have to make a dig at someone to champion your own career. Take a look below at some of the clapbacks to his controversial statements about Gaga.
