The Orleans Parish Coroner's Office is confirming the identity of a man who was burned to death last month behind a vacant Winn-Dixie store in Gentilly.

It says 28-year-old Henry Dunaway died of thermal injuries.

New Orleans police arrested 52-year-old David Klein for second-degree murder.  Dunaway's body was found under a burning box on the loading dock of the store, while Klein was arrested fleeing from the scene.
