Police: 25 Year Old Man Tortured Puppy--On Video

Police have a warrant out for the arrest of a man who allegedly choked and stabbed a puppy to death, because he was angry at the way an acquaintance looked at a family member, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.

Police say Guadalupe Sanchez, 25, is charged with making terroristic threats, and Animal Control Services is also investigating possible charges relating to animal cruelty.

Sanchez allegedly recorded his stabbing of the puppy on video, and then said he would do the same thing to other people who were there.
