While they may look somewhat surprising, these are just typical dermal piercings. Dermals are single-point piercings that link straight into the skin, rather than through a specific body part.

For $100 you can remove some skin and get an engagement ring diamond anchored into your finger. The gem has a separate cost.

An engagement ring piercing will take one month-plus to heal, and must be kept clean.
