TRAIN PEDESTRIAN ACCIDENT CLAIMS DEFIANCE MAN

A train-pedestrian accident in Defiance has taken the life of a local man.  Defiance Police were called to the CSX railroad tracks between Clinton Street and Wayne Avenue at 2:51am Thursday.  They found male subject dead at the scene, later identified as 24 year old Marcus Moser of South Clinton Street in Defiance.   Moser was pronounced dead by the Defiance County Coroner, and the incident remains under investigation.  Defiance Fire Department was also sent to the site.
