Vikings release WR Jarius Wright

After restructuring his contract with the team a year ago, Vikings wide receiver Jarius Wright has been released by the team and will become a free agent.

With 2,038 yards receiving and 10TDs under his belt, Wright served as somewhat of a specialist in 2017 coming up big on third downs time and time again.

The move to cut ties with Wright leaves the Vikings with more cap space for shopping, space which many believe will Ben used to go after safety Tyrann Mathieu.
