Police are now reporting they have a 17-year-old in custody for Monday's stabbing at Sheldon High School.
The Sacramento County Sheriff's Department says the suspect is a student who stabbed a 16-year-old boy in the bathroom near the gym, causing the school's lockdown around 2 o'clock.
The victim is being treated at Kaiser for his non-life-threatening injuries.
I am currently in my class right now. It didn’t stop at gun violence. I go to Sheldon Highschool. Just 5 minutes ago, my school has been placed under lock down because some one has been stabbed. When does it stop? It’s not the weapon, it’s the person.
