Reputed Gang Member Sentenced For Murder

BOSTON, MA (WBZ-AM)  --  A member of the MS-13 street gang is heading to prison for 22 years for his role in a Chelsea murder.  

Bryan Galicia Barillas pleaded guilty last year to federal charges that include RICO conspiracy.  

Prosecutors say Galicia Barillas fired a shot at a rival gang member in 2014, but struck and killed an innocent bystander. 

 He also admits to the stabbing of a man in Chelsea, which also happened in 2014.
