(Pt. Clinton, OH) Ohio's attorney general is suing a Port Clinton car and RV dealer.

The consumer protection lawsuit targets Tom's Toys and owner Thomas Owens, accusing the dealership of failing to deliver vehicle titles to customers.

More than 60 people filed complaints over the past two years with the Ohio attorney general's office, unable to obtain titles for cars and recreational vehicles from the Port Clinton dealer with other locations in Springfield and Lancaster.

A lawsuit filed in Ottawa County seeks restitution for scammed consumers and reimbursement of a state fund used to resolve those customer complaints.
