It's Belly's birthday on April 7th and to celebrate, the Canadian rapper released a brand new song featuring his XO pal Nav called "Maintain," and it's all about trying to maintain their lifestyle.

Belly and Nav both rap about their lives, and in the first verse, Belly says, "20 years, no off days, no days off, and I maintain/Bowlin' crazy with the hang time (swish, swish), same time/Way back before Maybachs/, I swear I always had the same drive."

And in Nav's verse, he raps, "Stackin' up, countin' my blessings/Wedding bands ain't got no wedding/I just spent a cool 60 on my wristwear/Man, I want 10 plain janes, wanna be like Ric Flair/My blood diamonds cost me blood and sweat and tears."

You know ... like Belly says in the chorus, "'Cause we just out here tryna maintain."

Nav explained of working with Belly on their new single, "We're all dealing with the same things on different levels. This song is a celebration of making it through."

Belly and Nav's "Maintain" follows his first 2018 single, "4 Days," featuring YG, as fans gear up to hear his forthcoming new project Midnight Zone, which is due out later this year and will also include "Man Listen" (released last year). The rapper has also been in the studio with JAY-Z, and recently told Billboard of the hip hop icon, "He still works like he's broke. I think that's amazing. We've been in there late some nights. It's dope having him there and being involved with my album."

Fans can catch Belly performing live both weekends at Coachella, on Friday April 13th and Friday, April 20th.
