Carrie Underwood’s Sunday performance at the ACM Awards was her first public appearance since she suffered a nasty fall outside her Nashville home last November. She posted the first full face selfie on her Instagram and doesn't seem to look any different! So happy she healed up well! 40-50 stitches on her face is nothing to play with!
