While there are many, many perks to being a celeb (at least, we can imagine), having your bling, net worth, and tour dates all in the public eye can make a star’s home a prime target for a break-in. Think about it: Thieves know the famous person’s goods, and they know when celebs will be out of town. Unfortunately, theft is far from uncommon in Hollywood — and here are 10 celebs below who have suffered through it, losing stuff big and small. From soda to jewelry and everything in between, sometimes the loss could be worth millions. Read on!

1. Drake

Drake’s home was robbed on April 3, 2018, when a 24-year-old woman reportedly stole “around $10 in water and soda,” according to TMZ. 

2. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West

Two thieves were spotted trying to break into Kim and Kanye’s Bel Air home in 2017, according to E! News. One suspect was apprehended while trying to exit the scene with a stolen cell phone. 

3. Kendall Jenner

Kendall’s home was reportedly burglarized in March 2017, when the model realized $200,000 worth of jewelry had gone missing. Law enforcement sources reportedly told TMZ it was an inside job. 

4. Paris Hilton

Paris Hilton was targeted by the infamous Bling Ring — a group of 7 thieves who burglarized celebrities’ homes from 2008 to 2010. Paris was a consistent target, who didn’t notice she’d been robbed until almost $2 million worth of jewelry, clothing, and cash were missing.

5. Nicki Minaj

Nicki was robbed of about $200,000 worth of property when thieves burglarized her home in February 2017.

6. Miley Cyrus

Miley’s Toluca Lake home was burglarized in December 2015 for the third time, when a robber stole a “large amount of both her and her brother’s personal property,” according to TMZ.

7. Amber Rose

A man reportedly broke into Amber Rose’s house and hid inside for four hours while she slept, according to TMZ. The intruder didn’t technically steal anything, but he allegedly broke a kitchen window and rifled through her kitchen pantry.

8. Hilary Duff

Hilary Duff was the victim of a robbery in 2017 when a burglar broke into her Beverly Hills home while she was on vacation — stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of property.

9. Jason Derulo

Thieves stole $680,000 worth of property from Jason Derulo’s home in 2017 while one of his employees was fast asleep inside the home, according to TMZ.

10. Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay’s home, another target of the Bling Ring, was robbed in 2009. A safe had reportedly been torn off her wall and watches, bags, and shoes were stolen, according to TMZ. Lindsay’s mother, Dina, also confirmed the door was found off its hinges with the handle removed.
